And before you know it, a year has flown past.

It is time to wrap up, to scourge for the forgotten crates, boxes and plastic bags and fill them with all the odds and ends gathered over the year. It is time to pull out the huge bags usually meant for air travel, and convert them into a moving tool- stuffed with clothes, some carried through many homes, while some purchased tastefully over the year, about to experience their first move.

I loved Lokhandwala, but let’s face it, the brouhaha and the glitz gets tiring after a while. Not to mention that a bigger place with some shelves for my books and a cooking gas connection had increasingly turning out to be a necessity.
