If I could create a painless, inexpensive cure for a single ailment, it would be to cure apathy.

“Apathy is a trap. There is no challenge… so there is no reward. Remember, there is always free cheese in a mousetrap.”

― Steve Maraboli

“Those who choose not to empathise enable real monsters. For without ever committing an act of outright evil ourselves, we collude with it, through our own apathy.”
― J.K. Rowling

noun ap·a·thy \ˈa-pə-thē\the feeling of not having much emotion or interest : an apathetic state

“Life has always been a series of the same choices: enslavement, apathy or freedom.”
Shannon L. Alder

“Face it―nobody cares.
But so what? Their apathy doesn’t diminish your worth. Learn from it. Make it your job to care for those around you so they can’t say the same thing.”
― Richelle E. Goodrich
